Muse is free, open-source software. By using the app and its collection-sharing feature you agree to these terms.

1. The software

Muse is provided free of charge, "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or the sharing feature.

2. The sharing feature is yours to operate

Muse can upload images to your own Google Drive and generate a link to view them. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. The developer does not host, store, control, or monitor that content — it resides in your own Google Drive, under your own Google account and your agreement with Google. The Muse share page is only a viewer; it stores none of your images.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Muse to upload, share, or distribute any content that:

Content you upload to Google Drive is also subject to Google's terms; violations may result in action against your Google account by Google.

4. Reporting and enforcement

The developer does not monitor shared content and generally has no ability to access or remove content stored in your Google Drive. If we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material connected to the service, we will report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authorities as required by law. 5. Availability

The sharing feature and its supporting web page are provided on a best-effort basis and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
